NOV 30 – Dundarave Festival of Lights

Date: Saturday November 30th, 2019 Time: 2:30 pm Location: Dundarave Beach, West Vancouver The Mammas will be performing at the Dundarave Festival of Lights on November 30th at 2:30pm. About the Dundarave Festival of Lights: The ultimate Canadian Christmas leaves no one out in the cold. In the true spirit of the season, the Festival's "Forest of Miracles" calls out the better angels in all of us. Sponsored and decorated by families, community groups and businesses, the Festival's Christmas trees on beautiful Dundarave Beach have raised over a third of a million dollars since 2008 for the Lookout Society's North Shore Shelter. West Vancouver's firefighters deserve special mention for their heroic in planting this forest and supporting the Shelter. The Lookout Housing + Health Society has used this money to support essential services for the homeless, doubling the transitional services it provides to the most vulnerable members of our community. Dig deep: this season, every penny you donate to Lookout through the Forest of Miracles, up to $50,000, will be matched by the Lookout Foundation. Lookout will use the proceeds to buy permanently affordable housing for members of our community exiting homelessness.
